Bronze dagger with a long, pointed blade tapering to sharp edges and a partially conserved limestone inlay in the handle. There are two holes inn the handle for passing rivets to hold the handle scales. Cast in one piece.
This model is classified as type III by Medvedskaya, and appeared in Iran towards the end of the Late Bronze Age (1600-1200 BC).
Length 36,8 cm, blade length 26,5 cm, width of the blade at the base 2,1 cm, weight 182 g. Excellent condition with a nice green patina.
